What are our NLP Master Practitioner courses like?

I get asked that question all the time.  How many people do you get on an NLP + HGE training?  Typically between 6 and 20 students per training.  We like to keep the numbers relatively small.  With a lot of courses there’s 50 to 100 people in the room, and while that may be good for the company it means the amount of individual attention you get is lessened.

First of all, we use an exclusive 5 star Country Club on the outskirts of Glasgow where we account for 25% of their annual conferencing business, so they treat you well. You have access to a fully equipped gymnasium, Toning Suite, Sports hall, Podiatry Practice, and Hairdressing & Beauty Salon for the duration of the course. You can bring your own lunch or dine in the Country Club brasserie. Parking is free and easy with direct links to Motorway and public transport.  There’s even a crèche if you’re concerned about looking after your kids.

Courses are tailor-made to suit the students in the room, so each and every Practitioner course is different.  Even though the syllabus may be essentially similar, the course itself always has a different flavour, a different atmosphere and a different slant, depending on who’s in the audience.  Obviously, if you’ve got an audience full of sales people, then a lot of the Practitioner course will be aimed at increasing your abilities in those areas.   If you have a room full of therapists, then we try and make sure that the course is beneficial to them.  Obviously, we tend to attract people from different disciplines, and therefore we teach you a number of different approaches and different applications, which actually increases your options and flexibility.  Educators learn how to do therapy, therapists learn how to educate.

Numbers are kept small, so that we can have a high student-to-assistant ratio.  I like to bring on board in the courses people who’re already ahead of you, in that they’re already Practitioners or Master Practitioners.   You get to speak to people who’ve done the course.  You get to ask them about what you can expect once you leave the course.  You can get feedback from people who are pioneers to you, in that they’re slightly ahead of you, so they’re good role-models.

I firmly believe the only difference between a novice, someone like yourself who hasn’t actually done a course yet, and me, is time.  Anyone can learn these skills, and everyone should!

Training in NLP/HGE is really fun.  Your trainers have spent a lot of time here in Glasgow over the years, so if you have any questions about the training or what to do while you're here, just ask.  We have done everything we can to make sure that your learning environment is the best that it possibly can be.  All of us here at the training are available to answer your questions, clarify points, to help you learn a pattern, to discuss the finer points of NLP/HGE, or just mingle.

The NLP + HGE Master Practitioner Course in Glasgow will be held at Parklands Country Club, Ayr Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 6DT.   The main bus route from the city centre is the Number 4 Stagecoach bus to Ayr, which leaves from Buchanan Street Bus station every half hour.  Each day will run from 10 am till about 6 pm.  Registration will be at 9.30 am on the first day.

Food & Refreshments – we like to be comfortable, so we have arranged morning and afternoon tea breaks during which tea, coffee, biscuits and the occasional warm muffins will be served.  Lunch is not provided on this course, although there is a restaurant within the Country Club, which we like to use.  Feel free to bring your own lunch and snacks if you’d prefer.
